Twentieth Week of Ordinary Time, Wednesday, October 18, 2023
Loving Divine Family,
We enter your sacred prayer space, hungry and in need of your nourishing food. You do not require us to come to you already fed and prepared. You welcome us, inviting us to take a seat at your table, in your presence, surrounded by your community.
Thank you for this sacred time with you. Thank you for providing food for our bodies and our souls. Thank you for the invitation to passionately seek after your word and teachings. We shift our priorities and leave behind what interferes in our relationship with you.
I receive your nourishment today, Bread of Life, and thank you for…
By your scars, we are healed. By your mercy and love, we are restored and sustained. Though we are weary by our own choices and circumstances, you carry us as we journey. Stay with us. Be our strength in weakness.
With joy we praise you!
Amen!
