John 15:9-17

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space as your chosen people. We live in a world where religions tell us we need to follow your laws and commandments. But as you draw close to us, Life-giving Spirit embraces us. You press your lips to our ears and whisper, “Love me, love yourself, and love each other.”

We are blessed because you chose us, and we have mutual friendship with you. Thank you, we are no longer servants. Our joy is complete in you. Thank you for showing us how to love, so we can love others.

I receive your new commandment of love today, O LORD, and thank you for…

You have assured us that all other commandments and practices live within your commandment of love. We turn to you, O LORD. Teach us the practice of your love, so we will live well in this land, and journey in a good way upon your Ancient Path.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
