“Genesis 46:28 to 47:6 (Good News Translation)” by Connie Beingessner.

Genesis 46:28-47:6

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space as refugees, escaping wars, human, and natural disasters. We feel broken. But you welcome us into your sanctuary. You listen to our stories of distress and our cries for help.

Loving Shepherd, praise to you. You never leave us, nor abandon us. You know us better than we know ourselves. You are faithful and fulfil your promises. You remind us of who we are, your beloved children. You restore us and our broken relationships. Thank you for giving us the best of the best.

I see you looking upon me with your favour today, Loving LORD, and thank you for…

You restore us in new lands, with new opportunities. We bring our faith, skills, and abilities. We lay them before you. Choose us for your service, so we will live long in the land you have promised us, and be a blessing to you and your creation.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
