John 20:19-31

Loving Divine Family,

We gather behind closed doors. Your mighty love protects us from the dangers of the world. You meet us in your sacred prayer space, reminding us that a mere physical door will not separate us from danger or peril unless it is by your holy desire.

Loving Yahweh, praise to you. We receive your breath and the gift of the Life-giving Spirit. In our fear and doubt, we hide ourselves behind locked doors to protect ourselves. Thank you, Jesus Christ, our Redeemer, that you cannot be stopped. Thank you for coming into our midst, speaking peace, breathing into our anxieties, and giving us courage and faith.

I rest secure in your presence today, Loving Saviour, and thank you for…

So often, LORD, we believe because we see first hand your miracles. Give us faith and courage to believe and act according to your promises. O LORD, you have always marked the road for the coming day; and though it may be hidden, today we believe.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
